Consultancy services

Our team all have experience of introducing reflective pastoral supervision into the Methodist Church in Britain as trainers, supervisors, researchers and developers of policy.  We are available to consult with churches and organisations considering the role that reflective supervision might play in churches and other organisations.  Areas for conversation include:

  • Benefits of supervision
  • Models of supervision
  • Culture change in organisations
  • Policy development and integration
  • Curriculum design
  • Briefing for senior leaders
  • Training for trainers
  • Integrated approaches to practitioner wellbeing, effectiveness and accountability

We are currently working in partnership with the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry of the United Methodist Church, the Methodist Church in Kenya, The Salvation Army, The United Reformed Church and the Birmingham and Eastern Dioceses of the Church of England
