Wesley House currently has 30+ doctoral students many of whom are studying projects in the areas of ministry and leadership. They include:
Bai Liyan is a part time DProf student researching what it means to age well in the Singaporean context
Simon Edwards is a part time PhD student researching fresh expressions in the British context
Hankyu Kim is a part time PhD student researching models of mission in West Africa
Charles Lungu is a full time PhD student researching Christian-Muslim relations in the Zambian context
Stella Mwiti is a full time PhD student researching the leadership challenges facing the Methodist Church in Kenya and appropriate models for clergy development
Obusitswe Tiroyabone is a full time PhD student. He is a minister of the Methodist Church of Southern Africa and joins us from Pietermaritzburg. His field is New Testament studies and he will be working on reading the Epistle to Philemon ‘from the margins’.
