Title: In search of an authentic Kenyan Methodist ecclesiology”. An analysis on the development of connexionalism in the Methodist Church in Kenya

Purpose:

To evaluate the nature and development of connexionalism model adopted by mck at autonomy of 1967 to the present time. To assess the causation influencing to the rise of regional Methodism schism in eight synods of the Kenyan Church. To evaluate the impact of recruitment risk assessment to those invited and welcomed to serve  in various organisational level of the Methodist ministry in Kenya . To investigate what mck has done to address the regional schisms and ensure they are prevented from recurring in the future. To suggest a fair practical christian ways for tackling  schism in various sector of mck, and to suggest potential areas of future research .
