Current situation

I provide reflective space to clergy, congregations and judicatory groups through Courageous Space Coaching & Consulting and am part of seeding reflective pastoral supervision in the United States through the Centre for Creative Supervision.

Research Area

Reflective Pastoral Supervision and the Ripple Effect

I am exploring the impact of group reflective pastoral supervision on the clergy who receive it and on the laity with whom those clergy work.  I am engaging in this research to surface information that will be helpful to larger scale research projects on the value of RPS.
